Prayer House Bangladesh is a community of Servants of Jesus in Bangladesh that serve orphaned children, widows, the poor, the persecuted, and the outcasts.

Bangladesh is a small country in Southeast Asia that has a population of over 90% Sunni Muslim.

According to the most recent census,

Christians account for only 0.30% of Bangladesh's population of over 150 million.

In the past few years, persecution towards religious minorities have increased with 1000s of incidents of religious buildings, houses & shops belonging to Christians and other religious minorities being burned and destroyed as well as physical violence unto death in some cases.

Although Bangladesh is a Muslim majority country, there exists in some places, discrimination also based on caste.

Prayer House of Bangladesh actively works to care for those who have suffered loss from persecution or discrimination.
